Compute follows
cheap power.
We don't stake capacity on one building. Our New York headquarters runs scheduling and customer operations; capacity comes from data centers in West Africa, China and the United States, traded at market rates under standard B2B contracts.
One headquarters, three supply regions.
Partnerships take effect only after restricted-party screening and export-control review.
New York
Home of Qovane Technologies Inc. and its legal seat. Research, sales, content production, capacity scheduling and customer operations run from here; customer contracts are governed by New York law.
West Africa · Liberia
Low power and land costs and improving subsea cable links make this a key capacity base. Compute is traded at standard market rates under B2B contracts, with contracts and invoices on file.
China · Xinjiang
We are working with several advanced computing clusters in Xinjiang as a source of capacity toward Asia. Every arrangement must first clear US export controls (EAR), sanctions (OFAC) and Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA) review; we do not transfer controlled US chips or technology to the region.
United States
For US customers with data-residency or latency needs, we source additional capacity from domestic data centers.
Four tiers.
Each tier is a different kind of relationship.
| Tier | Who | Relationship |
|---|---|---|
| Core supply | Data centers in several regions | Long-term and order-based supply contracts |
| Hardware & technology | GPU and server makers, authorised distributors | Procurement and technical ecosystem; partner programs in progress |
| Channels | Integrators, subsea and facility operators, resellers | Joint delivery and procurement |
| Customers | Automotive, AI companies, media and MCNs, enterprises | Service contracts |
Have power and racks?
We're looking for more data centers as supply partners. An NDA and compliance screening come first.
