Perspective | Transparent, neutral pricing for compute

USD pricing, delivery under contract, services rather than investments. Qovane Group wants every GPU-hour a customer buys to be clear, verifiable and predictable.

As demand for AI compute grows, so does the variety of compute products on the market: on-demand instances, reserved clusters, wholesale contracts, and even financial products sold under the name of "compute". In that environment, Qovane Group holds to a simple, transparent set of pricing principles.

Principle one: everything is priced in US dollars

Wherever a customer is based and whichever region's capacity they use, Qovane compute is priced and settled in US dollars, paid by bank wire or ACH. We don't accept cryptocurrency and we don't offer tokens or credits of any kind.

A single, stable currency lets customers budget accurately and gives every transaction a clear paper trail.

Principle two: every transaction has a contract

There are no verbal quotes or temporary prices at Qovane. Whether it is an on-demand instance billed by the GPU-hour, reserved capacity locked in by the month or year, or a wholesale contract for channel partners, each is governed by a written service agreement and order form and invoiced formally.

Pricing depends on GPU model, region and term, and all of these are set out at the time of quoting. Customers can check their usage against their invoices at any time, so the numbers are easy to read and easy to reconcile.

Principle three: we sell a service, not an investment

This is the principle we care about most. Products have appeared that package compute as "shares", wealth products or fixed returns, claiming that buying compute generates income. We reject that approach outright:

  • Qovane sells only usage- or term-based compute services.
  • We do not promise any yield, dividend or return.
  • We do not allow customers or channel partners to resell our services in that way.

Compute is a means of production. Its value lies in training models, running inference and generating content, not in being traded as an investment. Holding to this protects our customers and the health of the industry as a whole.

Principle four: neutral treatment of every customer

We serve large enterprises and early-stage teams, long-term partners and new customers on short trials. We quote and allocate capacity under public, consistent rules, with no hidden conditions that depend on who the customer is.

Transparency as a long-term advantage

When compute is scarce, transparent pricing may not be the most profitable strategy in the short run, but it builds the most durable trust. Qovane Group believes clear, neutral and verifiable pricing is the foundation for serving customers over the long term.
